14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the Service before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request deletion of your account by contacting support@remodone.co.

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@remodone.co. We will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

RemoDone may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

17.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations. Either party may also bring individual claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

18. General Provisions
